25 Aug 2025 ↑ NSS and Home Science Department, organized a seminar on the occasion of Ayurveda Day and National Nutritional Month in the Seminar Hall on 25th August 2025. The program aimed at spreading awareness about the importance of Ayurveda and nutrition in leading a healthy lifestyle. The seminar featured Dr. Vibha Sharma and Dt. Maninder Kaur as the keynote speakers, who delivered insightful lectures on the relevance of Ayurveda in modern times and the role of balanced nutrition in promoting overall health.The event was graced by the presence of Dr. Sarla Nirankari, Principal of the College, who encouraged the students to adopt healthy practices in daily life.

Along with her, Mrs. Sunita Verma, Mrs. Sangeeta Malhotra (Head of Home Science Department), and Mrs. Jyoti Saini (Head of PG Department Of Fashion Designing) also attended the seminar. Notably, Mrs. Verma, Mrs. Malhotra, and Mrs. Saini are also NSS Officers, reflecting the strong commitment of the NSS Unit towards community health and awareness initiatives. The seminar successfully highlighted the significance of Ayurveda and nutrition, inspiring students to integrate these values into their lifestyles. It also reinforced the college’s mission of promoting holistic education through meaningful NSS activities.
